hi, this is dr del kyger most of the time in orthodontics we canget all of the adult teeth to fit however they're are still somesituations in which we need to get some adult teeth taken out this is a video of an actual patienttreated in my office the main concern here is the position ofthe upper canine teeth they're crowded out and their angledright at the roots of the adult lateral incisors we asked the dentist to take out thefirst baby molars
