are you interested on how to have healthyteeth. well my name is michelle and i'm a dental assistant with solutions and i'm goingto explain to you on how to get better healthy teeth. basically you really want to make surethat you brush them and floss your teeth three times a day. at least three times a day ifyou are not able to do it three times a day, then at least once a day or twice a day. inthe morning right when you wake up, right before you go to bed. especially right beforeyou go to bed because you don't want to leave any bacteria or debris on your teeth thatcould settle over night and then turn it into decay. so basically you really want to makesure you brush and floss your teeth two times a day. use a mouth rinse to help flush outany debris in between your teeth. also to
