so are you interested to know if apple cidervinegar can whiten your teeth? well my name is michelle and i'm a dental assistant withsolutionz and i'm here to let you know that yes it is a form of an actual natural formof whitening your teeth. basically what you would need to do is just get some apple cidervinegar and pour it in a cup, place it in your mouth and you would just swish aroundwith it. you don't have to brush your teeth with it just basically gargle with it, swisharound for a good one to two minutes, spit it out and then rinse around with water becausei am sure because the taste would be very nasty. but definitely it does, the reasonwhat the main ingredient is the acid in the apple cider vinegar will actually eat awayat the stains of your teeth and then in return
