so have you ever wondered if baking soda willbleach your teeth? well my name is michelle and i am a dental assistant with solutionzand i am here to let you know that yes it will. if you use it periodically like sayonce every other day or once a week what it will actually do is the baking soda you haveto mix it with water. you place a little bit of baking soda in a cup, mix it with water.you want it to be a 50/50 percent of consistency and it also needs to become, once you mixit you mix it into like a paste consistency and then you just dip your toothbrush in itand then brush your teeth with it. what the baking soda does is the active ingredientin it will actually start to eat away at the staining of your teeth and it really is agreat form of bleaching your teeth at home
because you can actually, when you are brushingyour teeth with it you can really focus on getting into the crevices of your teeth andin between on top, behind, therefore you kind of get a nice even over look of a nice brightwhite smile. like i said you want to do this at least maybe once or twice a week, everyother day and then you just brush your teeth with it for about one to two minutes and thenhopefully you will be able to achieve that nice bright white smile that you are lookingto get. once again my name is michelle and i am a dental assistant with solutionz andi just explained to you on how baking soda can bleach your teeth.
