hey guys so as you can see i'm feeling better got some makeup on but didn't really want to put too much effort to it soo.. slapped some make up on but anyways um i'm gonna tell you a little secret ok it's not really a secret but um i had this video already recorded before like i would say six years back i posted it on
my other channel which got deleted not by youtube but by jealous people in my life never trust anyone and let me know if you guys want a story time on that but anyways i'm gonna tell you how i fix my gaps and i'm so in the process of fixing my gaps but the reason why i'm updating you is because um yeah but what about to show you is after um basically the
results of after me using this meth.. method my gap was really big um you could fit like a tooth in the middle of the two front teeth and this one looks like we're now like i said i still have those bands and i had huge gap right there.. huuuuge one it's taking me longer this time because um i have to take allergy medications
every single day and the sucks and the doctor did not tell me that causes dry mouth and um basically increases the plaque buildup and that sucks and when i cleaned my plaque off my teeth it left gaps and the bottom ones are really hard to close because you can see i had to scrape away the gap when i got it cleaned and left spaces there i don't know if
i'll be able to... it's one of those spaces that i can't close i think it's right here it's because of the the plaque buildup but anyways um when i get to the doctor someday whenever i get dental whatever content was really expensive i'll probably get permanent retainers but until then this is going to do so
enough enough rambling so i'm gonna tell you what it is so i'm using these gap band they're currently in my mouth these are from ebay or you can also find it on amazon latex elastics and mine is and the size i guess b and then has 3/16 there you can put up on anywhere on your teeth won't take a screenshot it is ok so..
basically i put the gap *bands on my teeth flat across if you have any any twists on there it's most likely to fall off or right into your gums which you don't want that o_o you want it right in the middle you choose just like how you would have braces and i'm not gonna lie to you it does hurt but you can minimize the pain by using uh applying a baby numbing
cream you know when babies start teething there's their new teeth start to.. tooth? teeth? somebody we made fun of me because i was really young and i don't know let's say so somebody was like, "all yo teeff" ok but anyways yeah you know when baby teeth start coming in and they start biting into things and you gotta put numbing cream in there because start to hurt because
you know new growth yeah i use that and it really helps um and uh sometimes i use a lil whisky but that's for people who are over 21 i'm over 21 so... o_o don't do it lil kids don't do it... please don't do it another con is you're going to have a lisp when you talk so whenever you hear me talking you can't really understand
what i'm saying it's because i probably have these in and um eventually when you start wearing this i start i wear this um sometimes overnight when i go to sleep and stuff because when i take it off starts to hurt starts to hurt hurt you see i can't speak because of it um but anyways i leave them overnight sometimes and uhh..
whatchamacallit... what was i saying..? o_o?? crap. ignore that it's my brother um yeah sometimes i go to sleep with it overnight and um i try not to take them off until they start turning yellow and i think they do that on purpose i'm not sure yeah these are hypoallergenic i mean.. not hypoallergenic these are latex if you
