what are some cheap ways to whiten teeth fast? don't drink soda or tea, since they stainyour teeth. i know they do. that's how i got the brownstains in the first place. and don't smoke or chew tobacco. i don't. now that they are brown, how cani whiten them? brush your teeth thoroughly. did that, not good enough. brush your teeth with a baking soda mixture.baking soda removes stains off enamel on your teeth like they lift stains in the bathroom.
what about teeth whitening strips? read the label. some of them say they takeweeks to work. i've heard that a dentist can whiten yourteeth fast. your dentist's solution may involve lasers,which are costly. or it involves peroxide, and you can wash your own mouth with peroxidefor cheap. oh, gross. that's worse than the flouridesolution he uses. buy tooth whitening gum. it may not work aswell as a dental treatment, but it does help. i could do that after brushing and flossing,if they aren't white enough. make sure the tooth whitening gum is sugarless,or you'll be setting yourself up for cavities
later. what's another solution? get a dental checkup and have your teeth cleaned.for many dental plans, the checkups and cleanings twice a year are free like annual health examsare for health insurance. i'd like a solution that doesn't involve thedentist. you could try teeth whitening gels or trays.but those start getting expensive fast. especially if i have to use them every nightfor weeks on end. that's where dietary changes like avoidingfoods that stain your teeth would help long term. and eating foods like apples.
an apple a day keeps doctors away, not dentists. your teeth scraping against the apple helpclean them. and it won't stain your teeth like soda and some candy. and it helps me stay on my diet.
